Social-First Campaigns

Influencer marketing campaigns in Madrid conceived from the platform, not adapted to it. Concept, casting, production, activation and reporting — all aimed at three things: retention, conversation and conversion.

The problem

80% of influencer marketing is still advertising in disguise.

A brand briefs a creator, sends the script, asks for three edits, approves over Slack, posts and celebrates the likes. The video retains 12 seconds on average, nobody shares it, and the only person talking about the product is the creator in their own caption.

That's not social-first. That's an ad in fresher clothes. A real social-first campaign starts at the intersection between the brand and what the creator already does well. That's where retention spikes and conversation appears on its own.

What moves a real campaign

  • Hook in the first 2 seconds or you're dead.
  • Native format from the idea, not in editing.
  • Creator with judgment, not microphone.
  • Organic conversation measured by comments, shares and mentions.

is still advertising in disguise.

Our campaign starts at the intersection between the brand and what the creator already does well. That's where retention spikes.

Process

From brief to publication in 4-8 weeks.

Five phases with clear milestones. No filler meetings.

01 · Brief

Objective

Total clarity on the real KPI, audience and budget. If the brief is ambiguous, we rewrite it together.

02 · Concept

Idea

Creative proposal with editorial angle, format, tone and platform. Defendable in two sentences.

03 · Casting

Creators

Selection from our roster or external according to fit. We justify each choice with real audience data.

04 · Production

Execution

Production, direction and editing to platform standard. QA before publishing.

05 · Reporting

Reading

Retention, conversation, conversion and organic mention data. Mid-campaign and final reporting.

What's included

What a social-first campaign covers.

  • Creative strategy — concept, editorial angle, tone and content architecture.
  • Creator casting — from our own roster or sourcing external profiles when they fit better.
  • Content production — direction, shooting, editing and native post-production.
  • Multi-platform activation — TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn if there's a B2B context.
  • Whitelisting and amplification — paid media on top of content that has already proven organic retention.
  • Reactive community management — to capitalise on conversation while it's alive.
  • Reporting with data reading — not a sheet of impressions, but an analysis of real behaviour.
What we don't do

Campaigns to fill reports.

If a brief asks us for 20 creators posting the same thing on the same day, we say no. If a client insists on a hook that won't retain, we flag it and rewrite it. If it's going to be boring at the end, we don't do it. That's the editorial rule of the house.

Clients

Brands that have made noise with us.

Each brand, a different context. No campaign copied.

Our clients include Five Guys, Lenovo, Jägermeister, Vichy Catalan, Beata Pasta and Odeon Multicines. FMCG, tech, beverages, hospitality, entertainment. The common thread isn't the sector: it's the brand's willingness to show up as a brand, not to hide behind a creator. See all clients →

Frequently asked

What people usually ask.

What is a social-first campaign?

One built from the logic of the platform: native format, hooks designed to retain in 2 seconds, creators who speak that language and retention/conversation metrics. Not a TV ad cropped for TikTok.

How much does a campaign cost?

Depends on number of creators, formats, platforms, duration and amplification. We've worked from one-off activations to multi-month sustained campaigns. Brief to info@revoltosos.es and proposal in 48-72h.

Do you only work with your roster?

Mostly yes, because it gives us total control over quality and timing. But if a campaign needs a profile we don't represent, we hire externally and manage them inside the project.

What platforms do you cover?

Mainly TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts. When it makes sense we add LinkedIn (B2B), Twitch or podcasts. The platform is chosen by objective and real audience, not by trend.

What KPIs do you measure?

Average retention, completion rate, saves, shares, sentiment, organic mentions, CTR and conversion when there's a tracked link. Likes and impressions are context, not objectives.

Do you do paid media?

Whitelisting and amplification of organic content that has already worked, yes. Paid creatives from scratch with no native content behind them, no. First we prove retention, then we scale.
