Most agencies treat their creators as a catalogue: a spreadsheet with followers, rates and niches. Brief comes in, gets routed to whoever fits, gets executed, gets invoiced. That's how you burn profiles.

What exactly is Talent Management?

Full representation of a creator: campaign negotiation, positioning protection, production coordination, career advice and commercial management. It's not an influencer roster, it's a team that takes care of every decision.

How do you join the roster?

There's no open process. We look for profiles with identity, real community and judgment. Email us with your pitch and channels. We read every message, but the roster grows slowly on purpose.

What commission do you take?

Commission on campaign revenue. The percentage is locked in the representation agreement. We don't charge entry fees or fixed retainers to talent.

Exclusive representation?

Yes. It's the only way to protect positioning, avoid overlaps and build a career mid-term. If a creator already works with another agency, we look at it case by case.

What brands request your roster?

FMCG, tech, leisure, beverages, hospitality and entertainment brands. Among them: Five Guys, Lenovo, Jägermeister, Vichy Catalan, Beata Pasta and Odeon Multicines.

Do you have talents outside Madrid?

The office and Revoltosos House are in Madrid, but we represent creators from across Spain. The House is our Social Hub & Content Playground for production when physical space is needed.
